"Great area and great apartment to stay at. Some communication was lacking since you need to call since it's not a hotel and they need to let you in. Also, no one answers on Sundays and that can be problematic. Grocery store is 2 blocks away. Many fun places to dance salsa are maybe 15 minute walks."

"I had such a great time in this place. The owner was very kind, courteous and attentive. The housekeeping was on point. The place is very spacious, clean, modern and very very close to everything around it in walking distance. The only thing was the in unit wifi was choppy but it didnt change my opinion of the property at all. I am booking this unit again next time i am in Cali! "

"We rented the two bedroom apartment, came with full kitchen, washer/dryer. Each room had a full bathroom and a galf bathroom put in the common area. This set up was great for us as we traveled with our two kids. Location was excellent, we had restaurants, local tourist spots and supermarkets walking distance away. Apartment came with full security and we delt very safe walking around. Definitely plan on making this our go to place when we visit Cali again. "

"My stay at the apartment was very pleasant. Andres was very accommodating and helpful. The location of the apartment was great. There is a park 2 blocks away. A few small grocery stores to shop at. Many small restaurants to have breakfast/lunch/dinner. And the chipichape shopping center only a 7 minute drive for other shopping/dining options. I will definitely be staying here on future Cali visits!"

Quiet neighbor, you could hear the grillos (small crickets) late at night, feeling very relaxing while sitting on the balcony with fresh cool air. Thanks to Santiago, he was very pleasant and always checked up to make sure everything was going well. I would definitly stay here again with the family."

"Reception should accompany guest to his room. Key given didn’t fit. Had to go down n get new key. Shower not working properly… I love the kitchen . I love the hotel. But always room for improvement"
