The hotel staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. TV didnt have a movie channel. The jets restaurant kinda sucked. 1 GF option, over priced small steak, burnt burger, and no water for the table. I'd skip that part if possible.

Kids friendly place . Cordial staff.special thanks to BO for showing the amazing hospitality. Loved the in room dining, free indoor-outdoor parking . Rooms are big and comfy but need upgrade for sure. Water park is just awesome.

We love the poolside rooms for our young family, and we often book here when we come through Calgary for family trips or when we travel to the Zoo. The rooms are clean, the bedding is fresh, and they’re in the process of upgrading their TVs as of late May (a serious upgrade from their current offering). The two hot tubs are sweet and the baby pool is .4m deep, with steps in and out. The pool also has a wide set of steps in and out with a bench seating along the one side (maybe the other too?) The lounge’s food is a pass as the flavour and quality does not match its prices, but the fries are fantastic and the staff are lovely. The breakfast buffet is a good average fare and is worth it. If you’re going to bring your own food, rooms usually have a microwave and a fridge BUT utensils are $1 per set so maybe grab some on your way in. Check in and out is usually painless, staff are always helpful and very efficient.

We loved the water park and the fact that they had lifejackets available to borrow for little ones for those who didn’t bring their own. The toddler slide area was great for our youngest to splash around in. She loved going up and down the slide countless times. We also used the water slides many times. Our beds were comfortable and we liked the extra sink and vanity outside the washroom. The shower was hot and had great water pressure. Our room was pool adjacent with private access to the pool and a private patio with a table and chairs. The only downside is you can hear people enjoying the pool from when it’s open until close. Our room window looked out into the pool area which was fine, however, the light-blocking curtains were not able to close all the way in our room and the pool lights are kept on all night. A lot of the light can be blocked out if you’re sensitive to it like I am, with a clip holding them together. We opted for the breakfast buffet and were very glad we did! The options were great and the service was excellent.

If you have kids the slides and pool area is awesome, there's another pool and hot tub downstairs if you want something more quiet. Bar/restaurant is lovely, patio is good. Lots of vending machines for snacks. Excellent check in, good wifi. Friendly associates throughout.

very very disappointing . we got there to check in our room door was wide open, our sheets were dirty, bathroom was used . they moved us into another room. we got into that room and the toilet was not working properly .they tried to fix it while we were in the room very unprofessional by the way. they then moved us into a 3rd room at 10pm after my 20 month old child was asleep. No extra measure was taken. Very disappointing will not stay there again

The stay was good. The worst part was the kids running the halls late at night and Saturday night a big argument in the hall at 2 am. Kids running adults yelling. Very bad night

I liked the Hotel overall, the rooms were spacious and the buffet food at the restaurant was delicious, but expensive. Hotel had a mini water park with kiddy pool and two small hot tubs. There also is a smaller pool and hot tub/ Sauna in the basement both were very nice. I did not like the rules of only four people in a room, which means four wristbands to swim when busy, we couldn’t get another room as it was fully booked. We stayed in town to celebrate my nieces birthday and the parents couldn’t swim. We gave the kids the wristbands to swim so it worked out. The hotel did accommodate us with a cot and helped in any way they could, you do pay for the cot as we had three adults and three little ones. Be aware of the rules when hotel is fully booked though, I assume so the pools and hot tub aren’t over crowded. We would stay again if we do come to Calgary again, Four Stars for Best Western Port O’Call Hotel.
