Limited service throughout the hotel - rooms are only cleaned every few days, beach towels only changed 3x per week and if you miss the 2 hour slot or are out of the hotel you have to keep them. "After realizing how far the hotel was from the airport and getting lost, I was ready to cut my trip short. Luckily my mother and I managed to get to the hotel. The staff was amazing.
