"Excellent staff and very good amenities. The pool and the restaurant are great. Needs a bit of an update (curtains, bedding…) and perhaps ensuring all the apartments have everything needed for cooking (utensils). Apart from that, excellent aparthotel and, although it has been mentioned before, amazing staff, very friendly and helpful. Great stay!"

"All staff were lovely helpful and friendly. Hotel looks but older than pictures especially the spa area. The adult only area is good to get away from it all and chill. Food average drinks all ok plentiful. "

"First room had faulty air conditioning but the tan were great and did move us, although Es Bolero rooms very old and dated, both rooms smelled damp and musty. Good location and plenty of free parking available on street. "

"I have no complaints at all regarding the grounds of this hotel or the facilities available. The room was quite small and tired but adequate for a short break away. Swimming pools and grounds were lovely, can’t comment on food etc as we dined out each day after choosing the room only option. Location is fantastic, lovely beach a few minutes walk away and not to much further is the marina and a steady walk into the centre of Cala D’Or. Plenty of nice bars, restaurants and shops near the hotel so...

"Well placed hotel for a family holiday, nice room hotel and rooms clean, good aircon well down a little by the tired looking bathrooms, all staff we met very helpfull "

"Only bad part about our stay was that we only stayed for one night. Really family orientated hotel with a superb kids pool and a great entertainment programme especially the animacion team run disney show in the evening. So much focus on the kids having a great time and would definitely head back. We stayed B&B and the breakfast options were plentiful and actual pork Sausages and back bacon were a rare treat for a brit abroad! Rooms could do with a refresh and always a pain to have two...

"Just returned from a week at the Alua Suites and had a wonderful time with our five year old. The location is spectacular, with incredible views of the ocean, and plenty of amenities and beaches nearby. A great base if you want to explore the island, but equally enough to keep families occupied on site. We did day trips over to Deia and Valdemossa as well as the Saturday market at Satanyi, all of which were incredible and easy if you have a car. We thought the accomodation was good, if a little...

"Tired old room and bedding covers. Room smelled, old chocolate wrappers under the bed, no daily service. Noisy aircon that kept turning on by itself. Terrible. "

"As all apartment block in between Cala Dor and Portopetro. Quiet location though the rooms themselves are sometimes not quiet as noise carries from other apartments very easily! Usually ok, but when there is noise late at night this can be a disturbance. Small pool with loungers and parasols which we used many days - our daughter loved it. Pool condition needs improvement though. Overall the apartments were clean and functional, if a little basic. Lovely views over the bay of Portopetro. Good...

"Amazing location. 2 minites walk from the beach. Very attentive staff who are keen to ensure you have a great stay and lots of opportunities to get involved with different activites throughout the day/evening both kid and adult freindly. Bus access very easy to all parts of the island. Airport transfer very helpful both ways."

"We had a great time in our villa which was in a group of villas slightly apart from the main hotel with our own pool. we didn't realise when booking but we could use all of the hotel amenities including all of their pools and restaurants. The villa was about a minute from the gorgeous beach and a minute in the other direction was a lovely cove for snorkelling. Beautiful place and very friendly staff everywhere in the hotel, from reception to the shops, bars and restaurants."

Great location on the edge of town- away from the busy centre but a short stroll to the restaurants and gorgeous port. Loved that it was a small complex and the lovely warm welome and helpful tips from the owner."
