"The hotel staff were all super nice. Most can speak English which definitely comes in handy trying to organise tours. The breakfast and menu is good but needs a bit more variety like pizzas etc. Very clean and safe. The only issue is you always need a transfer if you wanted to go to other places. If the hotel invest in a shuttle, it will be a game changer for them. Thank you, i had a lovely stay."

"The room was on an inner courtyard so was noisy as other guests windows and doors opened onto the same space. It was also below the stairs whuch cut through part of the room and meant when people used the stairs you could hear them too. I dont think the room or facilities good value for the price. Breakfast staff were not too understanding with English, probably our problem. Hot offering was cold even at the start of breakfast, hot water was not hot enough for tea. "I stayed here for my first night on arriving into Palermo before setting off around Sicily. It was around 25 minutes from Palermo airport, and a nice location to stay after a late arrival. Great help to check in from my hosts even though I had been delayed on arrival through the airline, and also car hire collection was slow. Simple breakfast of pistachio croissants available at local cafe the next day and the room was simple, and adequate."

"This place has so much potential - the location is perfect for day trips to Erice, the coast and vineyards, and the views are unbeatable. Unfortunately the rooms are tired, the air conditioning not very good, the owner disinterested in guests, and despite being nearly empty they still charge extra for a room with a view!
