Nos belles vacances à l'hôtel Cerri

Hotel très bien pour sa propreté et sa position géographique à deux pas du port et des nombreux restaurants très bien pour son parking très important à castellamare et à la gentillesse de tout son personnel en particulier de Martina de la réception. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel car on a tout aimé et on y reviendra c'est sûr

Le Cerri hôtel est idéalement placé et dispose d'un parking. Il est très agréable d'y rester comme d'en partir pour aller flâner sur le port ou dans le village, qui sont à proximité immédiate à pieds. Le personnel est très serviable, le petit déjeuner délicieux.

Ottimo Hotel a due passi dal mare

Non è la prima volta che alloggiamo all'Hotel Cerri, e siamo sempre stati soddisfatti dell'accoglienza e della qualità del servizio in senso generale. Ottima posizione e ottima colazione, ampio parcheggio, non manca nulla. Se ritorneremo a Castellammare del Golfo sarà il nostro punto di riferimento.

Io, mio marito e mio figlio abbiamo pernottato solo per una notte perché abbiamo scelto di fare una vacanza itinerante. Nonostante il breve soggiorno il personale è stato gentilissimo. La camera era pulita e confortevole.

Albergo nel complesso OK, ma devo fare una critica sulla gestione da parte del personale alla reception. Avevamo il check-out alle 10:30 obbligatoriamente dovevamo lasciare la stanza, la mattina prima chiedemmo alla ragazza in reception la possibilità di tenere la stanza almeno fino alle 16:00 visto che il volo di ritorno l’avevamo alle 22:00 di sera, la stessa ci dice che l’hotel era pieno e che non aveva disponibilità. Incredula vado su internet e cerco di prenotare da web...disponibilità l’avevano!!! Aspetto sera e chiedo all’altra ragazzo che mi dice di rivedere la cosa la mattina seguente ma di non preoccuparsi perché la disponibilità c’era ed era limitata...ma c’era. La fatidica mattina del check-out chiedo nuovamente alla ragazza iniziale raccontandole il tutto...mi risponde che la prenotazione dell’ultima stanza era avvenuta proprio in quel momento! Ma come la mattina prima dice che è tutto pieno...la sera il ragazzo ci dice che c’era disponibilità limitata e la mattina seguente “è stata effettuata or ora la prenotazione quindi è tutto pieno”. Conclusione a parer mio NON VOLEVANO OFFRIRCI UN SERVIZIO CHE AVREMMO PAGATO,HANNO OTTENUTO SOLO DEI CLIENTI SCONTENTI!!! N.B. Quel giorno c’era un tempo orribile e siamo stati tutto il giorno dalle 10:30 alle 20:00 in un tristissimo centro commerciale in attesa dell’aereo...pensavamo di aver scelto uno degli hotel migliori nei paraggi ma ci sbagliavamo!

Wir waren 1 Woche in Castellamare del Golfo. Das Hotel ist in zentraler Lage und man erreicht alles schnell zu Fuss. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel verfügt über kostenpflichtige Parkplätze (abgesperrter Bereich, also nur für Hotelgäste). Also im Gross und Ganzen war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.
