"The hotel was lovely! Perfect location! Easily walkable from the parking garage, piazza bra, and tour bus pickup. Had plenty of outlets for charging devices. Breakfast was delicious and well worth the extra 10 Euro. They have a lift. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. And this hotel was Inexpensive! English was well spoken here, which held us a lot. "The Novo Hotel Rossi was a great choice for our family. Their location is a 5 minute walk from the train station. We used Verona as a hub to go to other cities but ended up loving Verona, it was our favorite city in Italy! The hotel staff was so nice and very helpful with all our requests. The room and bathroom were extremely clean and spacious. The hotel is only 4 years old and was very modern. They offered a good breakfast with many options. We did have to take a taxi to the arena and that was a quick 5-7 min drive. Overall, this was a great property with a very friendly and helpful staff. Do not hesitate to book this property, Verona is a dream! "
