We had the door handle in the bathroom fall off but maintenance got there super quick to fix it. Super friendly guy. The lady at the front was also super friendly and helpful. The instructions sent for me as a guest were pretty long (12 screenfuls of text I had to share with other travelers) and felt too focused on all the mistakes I could make and fees that’d go with to be real welcoming, but not a big deal. "This was such an enjoyable stay. At first we were deterred by the steep stairs but then realized that was part of the old home. Stairs were like that and to change that would have changed the authenticity of it. Hand rails on the sides of the stairs took care of any concerns.
