"Had booked The Himalayan on a friends advise and I must say it was an amazing, out of the world stay for 4 nights . Just as in the pictures it gives a real feel of staying in a castle . The rooms were quite big and beds most comfortable. Of course the view from the windows of the snow capped mountains and Manali town below was just too good to be true. "It was highly inconvenient and the manager is highly disrespectful.They took the whole money before hand and we did not even stay there for the whole trip and checked out a day earlier and they didn’t refund a penny.. food was disgusting.. toilets clogged and food leaking .. highly unhygienic and stinky place .. I came all the way from Canada and I highly regret my decision. No courtesy ."

Amazing views of surrounding snow covered hills and forest were simply amazing and will be long cherished. Food was superb, room service was great. It was difficult to communicate to food service/ receptionist due to irregularities in the phone line which was setup in the room. The blankets were very thin and no room heaters were provided.
