I would absolutely stay there again. Nice size room, full size fridge so that I could stock up on food. Right by the expressway. Very quiet and comfortable. I was impressed with the security access features. The staff was friendly and helpful. I felt welcome and comfortable during my stay. I would stay there again, and I will look for other locations when I travel again. Thank you for being a positive part of my trip. Thomas Alston

Very bad experience. After staying for two days, there was no waiter to clean the room or change towels. I was also charged 100 yuan for using the microwave to heat food once.

The entrance and lobbies are a little confusing. Especially at night. We had booked a queen bedroom but received a full bed instead and needed to use the pull out couch. Still slept well though.

Don’t know what happened to this place , stayed here many times before , always positive experience, Sunday night checked in late : room is for handicapped people, no problem , floor in kitchen sticky ,super sticky , rooms smells musky , water puddles in the bathroom , signs of leakage , it was very late so lets get some rest, nope , one and only bed is not king, looks like a full , creaks , sinks in middle , had uncomfortable rest , breakfast staff is wonderful , came Monday night and requested to change rooms , night person notifies they are full , that was very bad , we don’t complain much , but this was like staying in a cheap motel , had to wait till morning to complain again and it was resolved , and next 2 nights were good , in a smaller but clean suite , we were on business and we needed rest , it was a place we were dreading to go Back to , wear and tear on this place because of its extreme busyness has made this place a place to stay away from , even the main floor entrance housekeeping needs to do a better job , we always looked forward to home2suites but not so much more anymore

The confirmed Queen bed was a full size bed. I questioned the front deck, they told me it was a "hotel" Queen. In addition, the front desk and entrance for Home2 were closed. You had to use the entrance and front desk for Tru. We have always stayed at aHome2 when traveling. That is over.

Very clean hotel with a great room layout. Would be great for longer term stays. Free parking and breakfast was such a perk. The only con is the soundproofing between floors.

This was the best stay I’ve ever had at a Home2 suites. The hotel itself was very clean. The front desk staff was very kind and efficient. When I got up to my room, I found that they had left me some treats and a personalized greeting card welcoming me. They even had brushes to clean the snow off of my car. The staff here thought of everything. I also had a very good experience with the man who was taking care of breakfast. My only recommendation is that they get a bagel slicer. I will definitely be back next time I’m in town.

Checking was very easy and the staff are very pleasant. The hotel is very nice and well kept. Staying in a Suite will all the amenities that I need. Feels like home away from home. Love Hilton hotels!

The location is convenient. The facility is worn out. The first day there wasn’t hot water. I was assured there would be hot water by the evening which happened. Definitely would stay there again if all the other hotels are booked.

The bed was absolutely horrible. Way too soft! The pillows were also unpleasant and they only gave 3 for a queen bed. We booked two nights but only stayed one and drove back home. Check out other nearby hotels If bed comfort matters to you.

Excellent for our needs. Went to Buffalo to visit family and go to the Bills/Raiders game. Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Free breakfast was delicious. What more do you need for a 2 night stay.
