Very nice hotel. Comfortable, clean, nice staff.
A few deficiencies, however:
Bathroom mirror lighting is terrible, not adequate for shaving.
Bathroom sink draining very slowly.
Toilet seat very loose, ready to fall off.
Desk chair not readily adjustable and uncomfortable.

Overall the stay was great. Breakfast foods were good but the breakfast area was quite dirty towards the end of the breakfast hours. Although The issue was resolved, the room was not as cleaned as we would hope. Pulling out the sofa bed revealed a pee stained mattress pad as well as crumbs and dust under the couch that looked like it had been there a while.
It was close to University of Buffalo and the food was reallly good. The one thing was that the receptionist checking us looked down at her keyboard while talking to me.

Hotel was fantastic. Loved that we could separate the king bed from the fold out couch for a little privacy.
Only con was the $250 hold. I was expecting $50 as that seems to be the norm and was a bit shocked when I found out it was $250

Fui a visitar las cataratas del Niagara con mi Familia. La atención fue muy mala desde que llegamos, la habitación estaba sucia, el baño especialmente y adicional a esto al dormir nos conseguimos con dos garrapatas ( pulgas de perro) en la cama. Al siguiente día hablé con la recepcionista del hotel y su respuesta fue bastante cortante sin darnos ningún tipo de solución efectiva a nuestro reclamo. No me gusto el hotel y no volvería. Tampoco lo recomiendo.
I like the welcoming feeling from the staff. I would definitely stay here again

We stayed in this beautiful suite room but the people staying right above us was terrible. They were teenager groups all day on 18th May and all night they were running, banging floor and playing soccer till 4am. We have complained 3 times a d i went upstairs and knocked on the door 4am too but nobody opened the door but few rooms down one lady was walking to me and started asking. E why i am here on this room door. She was related to the children in room and she started arguing with me and following me to the main Reception and not allowing me talking to the reception. She was so annoying saying sorry instead she was getting upset at me.

Average stay. Staff was not very friendly at front desk. One particular staff member (older lady with an accent) was very loud and constantly raising her voice at another female worker at the front desk. She seemed very frantic all the time and like there was a lot of stuff happening that no one knew how to deal with. It was awkward and unprofessional. Fire alarm went off due to toaster smoking at breakfast buffet. No one ever communicated to us during the evacuation and being on the 5th floor with a small child, we had no idea what was going on. Hotel itself was very noisy- many sports teams staying there and the hallways were loud at night. It was decent for the purpose we needed it for- a one night stay over the border, as we came over from Canada for a quick shopping trip. A bit pricey for the experience we got.

We had wonderful stay, the breakfast was amazing they had everything you would want to eat and then some.
Pet friendly i loved that.
Parking and getting your luggage cart was convenient.

Staff at front desk were very welcoming and rooms were clean. Pillows could use some replacement but everything else was good.

Would be 5 stars other than the kids from a hockey tournament running up and down the halls, banging on doors late into the night with staff addressing the noise. Loved the breakfast and our room.

In a convenient location, but walls are super thin and so it’s very loud. Room needed some TLC as cabinets rattled when you walked and the adjoining door to the room next door had a broken handle and cracked walls around it. Deposit for incidentals was also $250- when asked it was to “deter locals from staying for long periods of time”.

The location of this hotel is excellent as it is close to all if not most shopping areas. There is free parking for guests and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, while I wasn't expecting a luxurious stay, it was difficult to get any good rest in as the walls and floors of the place is very thin and you can hear everyone's movement of the surrounding rooms. It is a family focused hotel so there were many children running up and down halls and yelling through the rooms (not the fault of the hotel but something to keep in mind). The beds were very squeaky and did not exactly feel stable and all the pillows were very flat. I do feel the hotel does need some updating to better provide a restful stay. It was good enough for a 2 night stay but would not recommend for longer.

My family and I had an enjoyable and memorable stay at this Hilton location, thanks to the incredible customer service by two of their staff members - Kristen and Sheeba. Kristen went above and beyond to resolve the room accommodation issue that I encountered upon arrival. She was relentless in her efforts to ensure that my family and I received the room we reserved, and remained committed to responding to our requests and concerns in an expeditious manner throughout our stay. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Her passion for delivering exceptional customer service was evident. Sheeba aka Mama Sheeba made my stay feel like I was with family. Her infectious smile and kindness greeted me each morning at breakfast and throughout the day. Sheeba worked tirelessly to ensure the breakfast area was clean and replenished. I will most certainly return to this hotel because of Kristen and Sheeba.

It was a perfect location for what we were planning on doing.

Love the adjoining rooms. Front desk ladies were very pleasant and helpful. Free breakfast was fantastic with tons of options. Only issue is the room was a bit dated but everything else perfect!
