So glad that the front desk and shuttle were open 24 hours. This was a great choice for an overnight when there was a very late arrival.

when you book through expedia your parking is for one night only so the ad says parking included if you are going away for a week be prepared to pay for more parking. Expedia needs to state this in the ad!!

For what we paid, we were disappointed that our room had curtains that were falling off and that did not close completely. Also, the floor was extremely sticky and there was no full-length mirror. The shower head was great though. The room had a refrigerator and microwave which was nice, and the bed was comfortable.

Good effort to take an old property and renovate it. But, it's still got the flaws of the old property. Do not allow them to give you a room near the door at the top of the stairs on the second floor, or you will hear it slam just when you're falling asleep. It's good the property is non-smoking, but that didn't stop someone from smoking weed nearby at 3:30am. Strong enough to, again, be woken up. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Just an okay overall experience. Good in a pinch and convenient to the airport. Shuttle service is one of the plusses.

I have an affinity for this hotel, i have watched the owners turn it into a decent place from being a dump, it could not be more convienent to the airport, and the staff is great

The stay was decent. Staff at front desk were very nice can’t complain at all. Rooms were very outdated though. Bed was squeaky no usb plugs , bathroom was clean. Might be just being picky when comparing other hotels but They have a bar/ eats section called 365 , delicious French onion soup. Pizza was bland though.. oh make sure to lock your doors while me and the wife were having a nice “session” at 9 am staff tried opening door and I yelled out “hey”

Second floor smelled of gas mixed with fabulouso. When I turned on the shower gnats / little bugs flew from the drain. The floors in the rooms could use a good vacuum. The lobby and the first floor looked nice, clean and updated. The location is convenient and relatively quiet considering right next to the airport. Staff at the front desk were SO nice!

Cleaners didn’t do a great job of cleaning up after previous guests. Tape still on wall from a banner or balloons, hair in tub and noticed the air vent in bathroom had years of dust or mould growing on it.

The parking here is HORRIBLE! We came back to the hotel after the concert Friday night and there was not one park available! We drive around multiple times before finding one it was ridiculous. The room also smelled like someone dumped a bottle of pinesol in the room
