“Would Highly Recommend”

Stayed for 3 nights in November at Akacfa The room was clean, well furnished and comfortable. We had a small balcony which was really nice for the price. Everything was really straightforward as we got the key as soon as we got there and then left it in the room when we left as we had to leave early. Very independent, feels like having a small appartment. Bathroom was nice although there is no place to hang the shower head. The room also had a small kitchen which was very well fitted but which we didn't use One thing to note is that there is no room cleaning and so is not advisable for someone who wants his room cleaned everyday or who wants to stay for a long time (although it might be cleaned after a couple of days as we only stayed 3 days)

“Apartment 4 - Great hotel”

Apartment 4, is superbly located within a lively area. The apartment had everything we required in a perfectly sized room for 2 people. It was very clean, and modern. Perfect for our weekend away in Budapest

“Great for families”

This is a great place for families to stay. Our room consisted of 2 bedrooms with king size beds, a full bath and a half bath with a kitchen and living area. It was well located--we were only 1 1/2 blocks from the train station as well as several bus lines. It was very quiet in the evening. Keep in mind that this is not a hotel, so there is no daily maid service. Since the staff speaks limited English, I would recommend is that they have operating instructions for the TV and washer in multiple languages, as we never figured out the washer and it tooks several days to figure out the TV.

“Great price and nice rooms”

Very nice place for the price. Other than the loud patrons of the bar across the street on Friday night, had a great stay. If we would have been a few floors higher (we were on the 3rd) the noise would not have been an issue. The shower head holder needed to be fixed. But everything else was great. Nice refrigerator, microwave, and kitchen. Bedding slept 3 very nicely. Would not want to sleep on the sofa to accomodate more than 3 unless they are small children. Would definitely go back there.

“If you like IKEA, you'll love it here! Really really good and great staff”

I booked this trip as a xmas present for my boyfriend and I and we went for 4 days over the end of feb. We booked a studio room which was lovely. Really clean and it had a little kitchen in it with a huge fridge, oven and microwave (no kettle though!) The bathroom was nice, shower was hot and powerful, but no where to hang it which was a bit of a pain when washing. Also, there was a washing machine in the bathroom. Hnady for longer stays I guess. I would definately recommend this place. Really good location, great staff and the studio was warm and comfortable. There was a balcony as well! We had to sleep on a sofa bed, which was actually really comfortable - although I was worried about it to begin with, but the room was nice and quiet and the sofabed was lovely. Overall, this place was great. I emailed the hotel (to confirm times) and they replied on the same day. Room was clean and cosy. Just like a little apartment!

“Apartment in Budapest”

This is an apartment. Before arrival make telephone contact with the owner, because you don't find it without his help. Owner friendly and helpful young man. Very conveniently located near metro station and ring road of Budapest. Located in 19th century city residential neighborhood with shops, pubs, internet cafes. Appartment itself totally new with elevator access, 1 1/2 bath, kitchen!, tv, washing machine. Ideal for people who like independence.

“Great value self catering in a convenient location”

We are writing this using the free in-room broadband, so a good start. The room was clean, very spacious for two (although apparently it sleeps 4 - but that would be a real squeeze). Essentially a large studio with kitchenette, plus bathroom (which also contains a washing maching). Very convenient for the red metro line which takes c. 8-10 minutes to get you to the centre of budapest. Very warm, endlesss heating and hot water - perfect for our long weekend, but a couple could happily stay much longer.

“Excellent apartment at great value”

Great place to stay, very close to cool bars, restaurants, shops. No noise issues, apartment was very well fitted out, everything you'd want. Budapest was very cold but the heating kept the apartment toasty. If you want to eat/cook in the apartment, there are plenty of supermarkets and 24-hour stores within easy walking distance.

“No frills good value”

This is an apartment and not a hotel. Therefore all the amenities of a hotel are absent. It is located in a residential complex of apartments. It was clean, fairly basic but comfortable enough. There is no daily clean and provision of towels is a bit limited. The office has limited hours but the management are helpful and friendly enough. The location is great for tram and Metro. It represented good value. I would go back.

“Really nice and clean - totally recommend”

The place was within walking distance to the main square and close to a metro station, which was handy. The room was extremely clean and well maintained. Tip: Ask how the air conditioning works because the room gets really hot without it!
