The only complaint I have is that they charged me more money. Because I had my 2 pound puppy with me. When I thought that it was no charge for that it's it pet friendly when I signed up. I think $25 was too much to charge me when I had paid enough already for the room.

The staff at the front desk were so welcoming and very helpful when it came to advice in directions. The atmosphere was great and the room was quiet which is rare in the city. Bed was comfy as well! There was a nice choice for breakfast. We enjoyed our stay so much that we signed up to be rewards members!

The area around the property was overgrown. The elevator floor was dirty. The room had a smell and the hot water in the room didn’t work. The staff however was friendly.

This hotel is run down. Also they told us there were only rooms with suite and charged $268, but the parking lot was only half full. We requested a late check out to change into wedding clothes and the staff called 10 minutes before 1pm to make sure we were leaving — which felt like pressure. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Okay stay with the following exceptions. No hot water for bathing for 1st of 2 day stay. On 2nd day hot water was restored. Breakfast consiting of eggs sausage waffles and cereals was ok. Beds were comfottable and everything else was ok. 2 out of 5 stars would have been 3 had it not been for the hot water problem.

Spacous and Serene
We have returned to this hotel twice because of the comfort and serene atmosphere. We no longer will be reserving a place inside of Austin, TX. Buda is so close and much more accessible to local eateries. We also like their spacious breakfast area and food.

The property is clean and maintained which we like, but the breakfast was lacking compared to past stays. The coffee wasn’t great (we prefer fresh brewed rather than machine used), and there was no fresh fruit.

The breakfast was great, made more so by the lady in charge of it. She was friendly and diligent. The person behind the desk did not tell us that the rooms are made up only every three days. The beds were comfortable but the room had a mildew smell.

First of all breakfast was fantastic for my wife and I. The location south of Austin proper made it very very easy to travel into the city and out of the city after hours. I would recommend this hotel chain to anyone visiting the Austin Butor, Kyle, San Marcos area.

You can hear the traffic inside the room from the hwy. And didn't know you allowed dogs inside. I also could hear the dog barking.

It was great until…
First night of stay was great. Second night they put a family with dogs near us and they barked all night. I am a pet parent as well but my fur babies don’t bark like this all night. I called the front desk twice but nothing was done. A suggestion put guests with pets on a separate floor.

My guest room was very quiet, clean, and pleasantly decorated. The few negative aspects included difficult operation of the shower/bath fixtures and the lack of a bedside clock. The breakfast was barely adequate. Otherwise, this is a very good facility.

Arrived at almost midnight and we were welcomed with free bottled water and snacks. Breakfast was great, a few choices hot breakfast, bagel, toast, fresh fruit and cereal.

What I liked was the guest check-in service. Professional. Also, the breakfast lady that ensured breakfast was ready at 6 AM with a good selection and everything clean. What I disliked was the worn facility of worn carpets that need replaced and the shower where I barely got hot water.
