Excellent hotel! Centrally located, right around the corner from all the major attractions, close to the train station. Friendly and helpful staff. Our room (320) overlooked the tops of the Belfry and the Church of Our Lady! Great, reasonably priced food right across the street. We'll be back!

This hotel is beautiful and only 2 blocks from the main square. It’s quiet at night, but still close to all the sites. Nice pool and sauna for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

Staff friendly but unhelpful when asked for a cup of tea they told they dont do room service and charged me 4 euros when i unpacked there was a kettle n tea coffee in the wardrobe why didn't they point that out ?

A Perfect Hotel!
The Navarra is a beautiful and charming Boutique hotel perfectly located in Historic Bruges. We were there to celebrate the New Year and enjoyed the Service, the gorgeous Christmas Decor in each area of the hotel. The staff is outstanding and we enjoyed breakfast one morning which was great. This hotel has everything you need and more. We would definitely stay there again the next time we’re in Bruges.

Perfect location and beautiful hotel with great staff. Nice breakfast and coop amenities. The one thing we really wanted to do was enjoy the sauna, but was out of service. Otherwise, no complaints. Will definitely stay here next time we’re in town. Highly recommended for all.

The rooms height wise are too low. The stairs and hallways are creaky and small. They offer complimentary water only the first night (weird). The quality of facilities is questionable and the mattress is a spring mattress (uncomfortable)

Amazing stay at this place, beautiful setting, clean. Spa area is a bit small but doable if not many guests are using amenities. Staff was very nice and polite. Our room was a good size, comfortable. Location was amazing, short walk to everything: sights, shops, dining. Hotel has parking, very convenient overall.

I stayed at this hotel 25 years ago and it was lovely then. So I had no hesitation in booking again for a weekend in Bruges with friends. The hotel is even better than I remember. A beautiful historic building, attentive and welcoming staff, clean, fantastic breakfast, well appointed rooms (we stayed in comfort room 390, up in the attic, very quirky to find via 2 lifts) lovely cellar pool, sauna and small gym. Location is great, could see the Belfry in the market square at the end of the street. About a 30 minute easy walk from the station. The hotel Xmas decorations were gorgeous, very tasteful. We would definitely book again and recommend staying here.

Great hotel for location and cleanliness. Not the most comfortable bed. It is not easily to navigate within the hotel, but one of the concierges showed us to our room. Very convenient location for walking around Bruges. Would stay again.
