Property was safe, walkable from the locations we wanted to visit. Erika at the reception was very responsive and polite. The only downside was the bathroom - the flush wouldnt work most of the time.

Checking in information could be much clearer
Checking was a nightmare. I was not aware that there was a deposit. I received a text and thought it was a fraud scam to access my account. I eventually paid the deposit but was not informed that I should receive an email with instructions. I arrived at about 8pm, it was extremely cold and dark. I could not find the property for it is not easily identifiable. I eventually persuaded very helpful tenant who gave me the emergent number. I telephoned and got a very irritable assistant who found my booking and guided me through obtaining access to the property/my booked suite.

I emailed the hotel prior to staying to confirm parking, but got no reply, twice. The room smelt of old smoke and the carpet was filthy and stained. There was also a music venue up the road with a lot of noise till 11.30pm.

Bedbugs on sofa, but overall good
The actual place was nice, but needed a good clean. I accidentally went to sleep on the sofa one afternoon and woke up COVERED in bites. It’s been a few days now and still no reply from hotel. Overall I would stay again due to price and location being lovely for having a suite but the bedbugs and no communication didn’t make it as lovely as a weekend that I would wanted.

We had a great experience here; right by the bus stop to Bath, close to shops, restaurants, and the river. We really liked having the kitchen and sitting room upstairs and separate from the bedroom. The kitchenette was also a godsend, with all the necessary utensils, vessels, and a washer and dryer. We also liked having the balcony--a good place for tea and coffee in the mornings. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Location was good, if a bit "industrial." Cleanliness could be improved. Furniture is dated and very worn. Washing machine is anemic.

A bit meh!
Not the best. Reception had me booked into a different venue. Apartment 56 was adequate but had seen better days. Bathroom sink was blocked, Heated towel rail not working and the shower was impossible to operate without getting soaked with cold water. I've stayed in much better in Bristol for less money.

We enjoyed our stay at the Premier Suites in Bristol very much. The accomodation was clean, pleasing and well equipped. All the staff was very friendly and helpfull indeed. We would like to thank them again. The location close to the city center and the harbour is handy and the access by car easy and quick. We will certainly be back.

Great place- recommend to all
Great place. Would happily stay again. Shower head not matched to high pressure so requires careful adjustment and the force pushed water under the screen into the floor. Not a complaint - just f/b. Really like the space and comfort.

it is all very good but the floor boards (or whatever the floor is made of) are a bit noisy. otherwise very good value for money and nicely presented property and good value for money.

One night in Bristol
Only stayed for one night but the location was ideal. Safe area and quiet. Parking onsite but 18quid is a bit steep. 10min walk in to town but a nice pub on route The Hole in the Wall. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Apartment well appointed, warm and clean. Only thing I would have liked would be blinds on the windows as you have to close the curtains for privacy. I would definitely recommend staying here and the price is in line with hotels locally.

Not my cup of tea for a weekend trip
Check in took 45 minutes as the guy kept taking phone calls then losing his place with us. During this period, the parking situation wasn’t explained to us and we had to talk our way out of a parking ticket outside. There is no temporary check in parking area. Parking is in the local authority parking. There is no card acceptance. It’s either cash, or mobile app, and it’s a bit of a walk. The area itself is a bit dead. It’s an office area, so no breakfast places at the weekend, but we found Pasture around the corner for lunch or cocktails. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on in the rooms around you. Youngsters use it as a party hotel, and there seems to be no staff onsite. Reception closes at 7pm. It was really hard to get a good night’s sleep because of the internal noise. It’s expensive for what it is. It’s better suited for a longer stay rather than overnight. I don’t think we’d stay here again. However, it is clean and comfortable, and the kitchen facilities were good, so I’d come back on a longer business trip if it didn’t include party times at the weekends.

The apartment style single bedroom was quite nice. The bed was comfortable. The floors were a bit creaky. I never heard my upstairs neighbour bit felt guilty for my neighbour downstairs. The parking lot is a little noisy at all hours of the night.
