Probably wouldn’t stay here again, parking was expensive, I had to ask about my Expedia VIP perk. The Body wash in the shower was empty & room aircon was very noisy.
The best thing was the location to James street.

What an amazing little gem in the Valley. The rooms are very spacious, staff are just so courteous and location is an easy stroll to shops, restaurants and eateries. Very quiet and clean and just so relaxing and peaceful. I will come back again.

What a great clean hotel in Brisbane! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was compact but really well designed and immaculate. Loved having a nespresso machine in the room and the bed was so comfortable. What a great location -very quiet and yet beautifully situated in the heart of great shopping, easy walking to the water and surrounded by fabulous restaurants. Excellent value for the money we will come back!

Excellent dog facilities-fresh water, snacks, fresh water, dog bowl and feeding mat, dog poo bags and a comfy dog bed and a dog ball. He loved it!!🐾🐾.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in! My husband and myself were amazed at how clean it was and our dog loved the provided bed and little treats! If we ever go to Brisbane again- this is where we will be staying.

Amazing place to stay. Very nice room and catered to our dog by providing her with a bed, bowel, food and water and even a tennis ball! Very happy to have come across this place to stay on our drive back to NSW from North QLD. Highly recommend!!

The location is excellent and the room size is fine. There were only three problems unfortunately and they were all to do with the bed. It is classified as a Queen but felt like a Double, the sheets were way too big for the bed (possibly King) so they never fitted, the doona is synthetic so one sweated throughout the night if you could pull it up to cover you. Otherwise you froze. This needs looking at please. We stayed for 5 nights and the deal we were told is that if you waive the room clean each morning (which was not thorough) you received a $10 credit to use at the reception food and drink dispenser. We had 2 cleans during our stay so $30 to use but on checking out we did not have the pieces of paper which were tokens provided by the cleaner. We were not told about this process when checked in and had to sort it out when we checked out. Not a happy moment which spoiled an otherwise good experience.

People lovely but bit of a shambles
Staff were lovely but attention to detail missing. Room not cleaned despite sign on the doof from 730am till 2100pm, coffee and tea not replaced from previous guests, no coffee cups, shampoo and conditioner empty. Renovations in lobby but i sure they were also happening 5 months ago at last stay. Room was nice enough but all a bit too hard for a business stay.

Great location!! However, we left through the night as we couldn’t get the room to cool down. It was so hot, wouldn’t go less than 23 degrees. It was cooler outside but to open the Window was so noisy.

The property was nice although we had a lot of problems trying to check-in. Sage Hotel guaranteed 2.00pm check-in. It got to 2.30 and still wasn’t able to check in. We had an event to get to that had already started. Lady at the front desk was very apologetic and referred this to her manager. She said to talk to manager the next morning to see if there was anything they could do for us. Asked for manager the next morning but was not at work. Staff left a message for manager to call me - to date no phone call. I understand unforeseen things happen, but disappointed that no one has followed through the complaint.

Convenient and affordable place to stay for a Christmas party at the Calile. Great patisserie’s next door to enjoy the next morning. Only negative really was our ground level room at the back in the property was very very dark, small window for natural light and room lighting was not bright enough to compensate. Otherwise fine and comfortable enough for 1 night but I wouldn’t want to stay in that room any longer.

Very nice, compact hotel. Super comfortable beds and great shower. Staff were polite and friendly. Hotel is in a perfect location with loads of good bars and restaurants in walking distance. Would stay again.

I stayed for work. The room was great. Bed was so comfortable. Bathroom was great sized and big showers. Very clean and very quiet. Very close to cafes and restaurants. Great location. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
