Very quiet and relaxing location. The apartment was clean and well equipped with a kitchen and especially a washer and dryer, wonderful when traveling. Good coffee available in lobby, would stay again. Walking distance to a micro brewery with good food.

I have stayed there many times and love the convenience being so close to my daughter and granddaughters however the childcare centre next door can be a lot during the day. I will continue to stay there when I return next though.

We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom unit which was greatly appreciated. However, it was directly above a child care centre which opened at 6.30am. We had driven 1200 km to get to Quest Springfield Lakes so it was difficult to get enough peace and quiet. The unit was excellent however the shower glass had not been cleaned in a while. Some towels were thin and not absorbent. On checking out they deactivated our room keys before 10.00am and we could not return to our room to get the remainder of our belongings. My husband was also approached by a lady in the carpark with the same complaint. I had to exit the carpark and walk around the block to gain access to the lobby. When I advised the receptionist of the key issue she pointed to the 10am check out. I said it’s not 10.00 am yet and you’ve deactivated our keys. She did not apologise or even utter another word to me, most unhelpful!

Dear Betty, So glad you enjoyed your complimentary room upgrade, however I am truly sorry you did not enjoy all aspects of your stay with us. I have added your comments regarding noise to your guest profile and will be sure to allocate a room well away from the children next time you may choose to stay. Our door lock system automatically clears or extends room access at 10am each day. For accuracy this time is set electronically in our system. We can easily over ride this system for guests who may need extra (complimentary) time for checkout - you just need to let us know on morning of departure. Our car park has direct access back into the building. Please be sure to use the intercom at the door to avoid a trek around the building next time. I hope this information is helpful for future travels.

The rooms were of good standard and very clean, but be aware a childcare facility and it’s associated noise impacts some rooms which can be very disruptive. Ask for a room that is not directly above the daycare.

Everything is clean and tidy. Everything works. No restaurant however close to Orion shopping centre so easy to get what you need from there. Wouldnt hesitate recommending

Alternatively a 15 min walk via Robelle Parklands takes you to Orion Town Center with 30 local eateries, entertainment, retail and more. We are always pleased to suggest our favorite places. The secure parking door would not shut and lock so anyone could walk in , paid $15.00 to park and it was not secure. Room was nice

Unfortunately the pedestrian entry to our undercover car park was maliciously damaged. We were however able to have the door repaired with in 24 hours and I apologize for any anxiety you may have felt during this time. Glad you enjoyed your room.
