Room was clean, modern and comfortable. I tried to call 24hr reception twice in early evening but no answer. Walked into reception 1-2 mins later and reception was manned(?) I was also double charged for parking tthat night. This was picked up by another staff member the next morning. I would still stay again.
We enjoyed our stay at Kennigo Hotel Brisbane. The room was comfortable. It was nice having a mini fridge in the room (would have been really nice to have a microwave). The coffee shop in the lobby was very convenient to grab coffee in the morning. We enjoyed sitting on the patio drinking our coffee before heading out for the day. The hotel was very quiet.

Design is great.
Our room did not appear clean. No mattress cover and sheets so thin that we could see the mattress beneath. Bathroom’s tiles not clean or stained, stains on the bed, AC noisy. Restaurant closed only the cafe was open. Long check in because the system was not working properly.
Oh the Queen vista room marvelous no problems. Cold air con comfie bed mad waterfall shower. In the cbd close to all the shops U need it's mad here just stay away from the mini bar lol go to Woolworths or bws for Ur wine or booze or food. and the food on the counter under the tv is not free by the way lol
Considering the limited street parking available and the sketchiness of that area after dark, it was disappointing that the hotel use the property’s secure Car parking facility solely as a revenue raiser. Arriving late at night as a single woman and not finding any parking close to the hotel will ultimately raise the question of add $30 to my booking for parking, or choose another property with safety being a key driving factor.
This was supposed to be VIP access. Gave a second-floor room in front of the storage room. The room smelled like Chinese food. It was horrible, I should have asked for a different room.
The hotel was nice and in a quieter location, as far as vip access $10 off parking of $30not really worth the VIP mention. No upgrade no breakfast or even a free bottle of water in the room. There are a lot more hotels out there that offer more.
I liked it was close to everything and I could walk to RWBH.

There wasn’t a lot to love here.
$5 for a coke from mini bar a bit steep, evacuating at around 12.15am for false alarm, rude night staff when I checked in.
The Kennigo was modern and we had a spacious room (twin with disabled bathroom). I was a little disappointed at the dust on all of the surfaces in the room. I was able to check in quickly but when my friend came she had to wait (10 people waiting ahead of her). I would stay there again as it was very handy location walking distance to Fortitude Valley.

The room was quite dirty, and found that despite there being housekeeping, no one had thought to clean vomit splashed under a table before (or during) our stay.
Also found there to be a number of people on drugs roaming the hotel, felt very uncomfortable.
Generally nice enough complex. Cute little cafe with various food options and decent coffee. Property carpet could be a bit cleaner outside the lifts. Rooms are quite small and do not have a desk, but housekeeping did provide a small desk on wheels which served the purpose for a couple of days of working in the room. Bed was comfortable enough. Would stay there again based on the convienence and food option.
