Very good value for the price. Clean and spacious. I was only staying 1 night so I didn't get to use the pool but parking was right at your front door. Would recommend.

There were noticeable repairs from damage on walls within the room, which had been poorly patched up, as well as a fridge door with an extremely rusty exterior.

The toilet moved and felt unsafe. Couldn't find the place due to the sign at the driveway in complete darkness. And also very crappy pillows

For starter's the manager was dirty and smelled bad . He actuality attended the front counter with his hand down his pants . Ontop of this once viewing the room , i found it smelled terrible , only had one bed a stained lounge . and the single bed for my son had broken slats under it was down stairs near a glass door with no security screens on any doors . Also the area outside of the room was dirty and unclean

I’m sorry for your unhappy stay but I do believe that these comments are NOT for the Garden City Motor Inn at Upper Mt Gravatt. As per your description of the room we do not have this set up at all and when you stayed here you were in a room upstairs. Kind regards AilsaManager
