Perfect for a family reunion
We had a family group with a mix of ages and the house had something to keep everyone happy. The pool was a hit with the kids, the older ones loved the pool table, and the playground nearby was handy. Well-stocked kitchen was great for feeding a large crew.

Spacious and Great Location
This place is brilliant for the cost especially for large groups! Was easy to go both to Brisbane or Gold Coast so the location is perfect for those who want to travel to different areas and the owner kept in touch to ensure we had a great stay!

Comfy but showing it’s age
Our host was very good to communicate with as we had to reschedule twice due to C19. We were looking forward to the 7 bedrooms, but found on arrival it had only 4 bedrooms, and the bunks and sofa beds were in living rooms. (Looked back, & it says this online) Still we have enjoyed our time staying there, even though the pool heater needs repair and the living rooms needed doors for sleeping. The locality was in a mostly quiet street but the home next door had a loud domestic one night and their front windows all smashed in. We considered booking in again, but have found it expensive in comparison to what we booked as an alternative option for next year.

Really relaxing place just went for a bit of a reality getaway with some friends. Easy checkin and out. Good communication. Only thing I would say is the place is a bit lacking in terms of cleaning products. Bring some cloths and scrubbers and something to clean the bbq

Wonderful house & pool. Big enough for a big group

Great family staycation
Maria's property was perfect for our family group! The property was clean, homey and was well stocked with everything that we needed. The beds were super comfy and the kids had a blast with all of books and toys that were there. Maria was a great host who was very prompt with replies, we will definitely be back.

Good space for five ladies. Room for everyone.
Positives - five bedrooms so lots of room for a group. Maria was very helpful when our original property was double booked. Great communication with Maria. H Negatives - Close to gun range so you do hear the shooting sounds throughout the day. House is over decorated so lots of dust. Did not realise the owners are literally next door with just a sliding door between the properties and their room overlooks the outdoor sitting area so it doesn’t feel very private.

Huge house with a swimming pool and a pool table.
Well positioned between Brisbane and the Gold Coast beaches and next door to a large park with fitness gear and playground equipment Casa Linda is great value and would suit a large family. Everyone will love the pool and playing pool and the park facilities next door. A bonus is that pets are allowed. We enjoyed our stay and recommend Casa Linda to families with (or without) pets.

We found the house very spacious and family friendly, the pool was used every day and the park next door was great for the kids. Maria and John were very helpful and available if we needed them without being intrusive, I would highly recommend this property

Fantastic Group Accommodation!
Casa Linda was the perfect accommodation for our stay. The house itself is spacious, with multiple living areas for us to spread out in. The pool, outdoor barbecue area and pool table kept the group entertained. The friendly nature and communication of the host was greatly appreciated. We look forward to returning in the future.

This property did have a lot going for it - it was clean and plenty of room .. many comforts but needed maintenance.. a few things didnt work and could be a bit more "homey" e.g. ensuite shower had NO soap holder or shower caddy at all .. shampoo and soap had to go on the floor . towel rail coming out of wall . Light over vanity bar not working.. we bought a new globe but that just blew when we put it in.. Outside some of the ooutdoor areas were dusty and spidery and not usable .. but an area just outside door was ok comfortable and clean enough to use ... So overall it is a nice place especially for a large group to stay .

Upside: The house is spacious, light and airy. The kitchen is generously and practically appointed. Great location for families with the park right next door, and convenient to the Grand Plaza shopping center. Downside: The Entertainment system should be updated as the remotes didn’t work & the TV is limited in its capacity to handle modern devices such as Apple mirroring or Google Chrome. The bed linen and towels were clean but a little tired looking and thin. The bathrooms need a few more towel racks and they should be much sturdier than the ones there at the moment. Overall the house was very comfortable and we would recommend it for a family stay.

Magical Holiday
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Linda and hope to return one day soon. The accommodation is well laid out and furnished with everything needed for a relaxing break and the pool was brilliant for a daily swim although it was a bit cold at this time of year. Maria and John were perfect and they made everything very easy for us.

Great Property That Ticks All the Boxes
If you want a house that will accommodate a crowd without feeling crowded then this is it! Very comfortable beds, excellent showers, swimming pool with spa, separate lounge rooms, everything has been thought of; even an outside screened gazebo for quiet reading. Super quiet area. Children would enjoy the adjoining park with playground. Minutes from main shopping plaza; very close to everything.

The perfect place for our group booking.
Our school basketball team thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was ample space and beds to accommodate our group of twelve. The amenities on offer helped to make our stay even more comfortable and stress free. The boys used the pool for recovery sessions and improved their skills on the pool table during their down time. Our host, Maria, was very helpful throughout the booking process. It was a bonus the house is close to a major shopping centre. Overall, Casa Linda was the perfect place for our stay and we look forward to returning in the future.
