The hotel is right on the center of Boston and vey convenient to walk to all the Touristic points. Very Safe at night specifically and close to restaurants. The Hotel also has a restaurant and Starbucks inside.
The bedroom is a little outdated, but good enough.
The inside restaurant is convenient, but pricy.
The room did not have good lighting at all and the bathroom shower and shower head were subpar. The shower head is very low and there is rust around the bars. The bathroom faucet also sticks in room.
Walking distance to concert venue (Wang) and dining (Legal Seafood). Property was clean and the concierge was very pleasant. Appreciated the connection via text with the front desk. Check-out was 12:00 rather than the usual 11:00 which gives the option for sleeping in a little longer if desired. The only issue per se was that the tub/shower control knob stuck and then felt like it was going to fall off because it was loose. Shower dripped.
Great location - near everything. We ordered in and they forgot to bring utensils so we called the front desk and they delivered some up to the room in less than 5 minutes. Car attendants for. I’ve and helpful!!
Service was great and the property is well located for easy access to the T. Its also right next to a large hospital and busy roads, and the rooms would benefit from better soundproofing.
The Safe in the room did not work, the shower had no water pressure, but the location is extremely convenient. The Hotel does not actually have a pool, it is connected to a YMCA and shares their pool. The staff, especially the bartender was truly lovely, the building itself just clearly wears age.

The parking at the hotel is $63 dollars per day. The pool does not belongs to the hotel. I will not recommend this hotel.
The hotel was nice. You got to use the attacked YMCA for the pool and gym which was nice. The only negative was the bed was a little small (we had a room with two double beds).
A nice stay only a short 10-30 minute walk from downtown (depending on where you want to go). I was there for an anime convention and walked to and from fairly easily. Fairly safe area.
Hotel was good for the price and had other amenities I didn't use like a full 24/7 gym next door (I think they borrow the YMCA gym and offer it to guests), laundry, and bar and lounge that was open pretty late.
Staff was really helpful. Only thing I didn't love was the massive deposit ($300 in my case) and how long it takes to get it back (still waiting).
The staff was friendly and accommodating. I was able to check my bag before check in and after check out, which was a huge plus since i had several hours between arriving into town and check in, so I was able to explorre without lugging my bag.
There was a lighted magnifying mirror in the bathroom. It was perfect for applying make-up! Thank you for adding this feature for all of the ladies who want to look fabulous!
Great property. Dining in the hotel was simple and overpriced like most of the dining places in Boston. More than limited dining in the neighborhood. Nice bar in the lobby.

During our stay, the room had a faulty door mechanism and required us to tap the lock several times before allowing us to enter the room.
Also, we stayed during the Christmas holiday. The hotel was decorated festively but the surrounding area did not show any holiday decor. We are more disappointed since we were there the year before and there was a look and feel of the holiday.
