“5 star is the truth”

Its expensive but overall I think worth it. During the week we were there they had nightly music events. Disappointing that the room did not have a balcony so we could smoke outside since hotel was non smoking but that just forced us to smoke less and when we did we could run downstairs and catch a great view and fresh air while doing it so not tragic. I shouldn't smoke anyway but that's an entirely different review lol Staff was very helpful, hotel was breathtaking and rooms were cleaned twice a day. They are very close to everything and you can take the water taxi right from the airport dock to the hotels dock at rowes warf which makes for a nice little trip right from the start. Overall if you have the money its worth it. I have never stayed in a 5 star before but this one was nice

“Boston Harbor Hotel - excellent!”

From Boston originally and watched this hotel being built. Always wondered what it was like ... now I know! How beautiful, and the service was absolutely perfect. Even with the lousy weather, the staff always greeted us with a smile. Wish we stayed longer ... only complaint was about the buffet breakfast. Not a fan of buffet-style meals, but their breakfast restaurant is being renovated, so that's what was available. Fruit was great, service perfect, but it's a buffet. Still, overall 5 stars.

“Best hotel”

Would give this hotel more stars if we could. Perfect location for tourists, very close to all Boston's action. Staff was amazing, especially concierge. Rooms were very nice, and they made our Anniversary even more special.

“Boston Harbor Hotel - Great Location”

The Boston Harbor Hotel was beautiful and in a perfect location to explore Boston. The hotel staff was beyond professional and very outgoing. I really appreciated the concierge services. They were quick with maps and recommendations. I regret not checking out the hotel pool and I thought the room service menue was on the expensive side - but you are in a luxury hotel.

“Excellent hotel would recommend it without hesitation”

Excellent hotel well located on Boston Harbour and only 5 minutes from Quincy market area. Friendly helpful staff. There was one incident when a waitress was rude to a fellow member of staff while attending our table. We reported the incident and the manager came to see us and dealt with the matter immediately and to our satisfaction. The overall feel is of a well run hotel with a genuine concern for its clients

“The place to stay in Boston!”

This hotel is obviously a highly sought after place to have weddings or special occassions because there was something going on every night we were there. The one issue with that is they set up in a space that is dead center in the middle of where the guest rooms are and because it is approx. 3 stories high it encompasses most of the guest rooms in the hotel. They set the DJ's up on the bridge on the 10th floor overlooking the area and you can hear the music throughout the entire 3 floors. However, it seems that the hotel does not allow them to go past a certain time because it would be going on when we left for dinner, but would be completely gone by the time we got back afterwards. A late afternoon nap would be out of the question if that was your style...
