"Good hotel, some confusion at the breakfast. Room carpets were "messy", not saying they were not clean but there were some brown stains here and there... suspicious."

"We stayed in Novotel Bordeaux Lac for 5 days and had a lovely time! Our room was comfortable and clean, the food at the hotel restaurant was very nice, the staff kind and helpful and our 9 year old son also enjoyed the games room which had an XBox and a bar football. Highly recommended!"

"Horrible female staff. Closes breakfast buffet at 9:30 AM. Very noisy cleaning staff starting at 8 AM. Staff cares more of themselves than the client. I will not come back to this place ever again."

"We received our room outside hand soap and towels. We didn’t had hand towels or face towels we were 4 and didn’t have enough towels. I told the person at the reception and he told us I will being it to your room. But we when to visit and when we got back the person was gone and no soap or towels. "

"The one lady on reception was really helpful and could speak English. The others on reception were not helpful and could not speak English. The property needs a good clean and needs a good paint. The Continental Breakfast included in my rate was great value for money. The rooms are not cleaned/serviced daily. The free toiletries was body wash only in the bathroom. You have to ask for extra towels and for loo paper if needed. There was sufficient parking."
