The hotel was fine for one night. The room was super small. There was barely enough room to roll the suitcase to the other side of the bed. We were looking forward to having a cocktail at the hotel after an evening of sightseeing but there was no bartender. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

"Motel One" into the blacklist
This Motel is only 24 carparks and some of them are parked by staff car. A ridiculous hotel using a "Motel" name without sufficient carpark provision for client. Asking any other carpark nearby, an Afraican Germany woman in check-in counter replied that it was "None of their business" in a very rude manner. I have put "Motel One" into my blacklist and no more consideration it in future.

Great location but expensive for the room-size
The location of the hotel is prefect, close to the city center and tram stops. Thou the pictures featured makes the room look bigger than it actually is. Th price v room ratio, we found it on the expensive side

An den Adventswochenden ist das Hotel sehr voll, was zu deutlichen Problemen beim Frühstück führt. Die Kapazitäten sind dann meist ausgeschöpft. Keine Sitzplätze mehr (man muss sehr lange warten bis etwas frei wird) und großes Geddränge und enge am Buffet. Das verdirbt den Hotelaufenthalt.

An sich gutes Hotel mit zentraler Lage und wenige Meter von den Grenzen der Innenstadt entfernt. Leider recht unflexibel beim Check-in bzgl. späterer Zahlung. Trotz Expedia Mitgliedslevel, ging das Zimmer zur sehr belaufenen Straße mit bodentiefen Fenstern raus, so dass die Vorhänge die gesamte Zeit zu sein mussten. Frühstückspersonal war exzellent und sehr freundlich. Alles in allem ein solides Hotel.

I was attending a wedding on the 9th. I arrived at the hotel around 12:00 noon. Next wedding appointment at 13:00 0'clock I needed a shower and change my clothes. The receptionist told me check in starts at 15:00. She said I could wait or come back. As I asked her if I could leave my luggage she said No as long as you haven't checked in. Then I asked if at least there was a place where I could change my clothes. She said : there's a toilette downstairs. So I went there but I had to leave my luggage outside because those toilettes are tiny. I hardly started changing when the ligths went off, so I had to go all the way out (2 doors) and come in again for the lights to swicht on. It lasted about 20 seconds, then lights went off again. I told the same receptionist about the lights. She answered she would call someone to repaire the lights in the Toilettes. Then I waited in front of the reception trying to reach someone to help me solve the problem with my lugagge while some other receptionist were arriving, so I tried to talk to one of them. Meanwhile almost 13:00 o'clock. But the lady from the very beginning took over and she said: NOW we have some rooms free. So I could check in but I was late for my appointment.

Der Aufenthalt war angenehm. Leider gab es beim Check-in Probleme mit der Adresse und auch mit der Frühstücksbuchung! Da das Hotel ausgebucht war, war es schwierig einen bequemen Platz beim Frühstück zu finden.
