"The home is very well maintained, stocked and COMFORTABLE! Nice and peaceful and close to lots of restaurants and close to the gulf. The host is extremely friendly and responsive. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home in April 2024. The pool, heated with roof solar panels was exceptional and warm and location on the wide canal offered beautiful sunsets. In our experience in renting these CC properties, we find the solar panel heated pools to be the best. We are truly outside people when we visit, however the home was well stocked with essentials, has beautiful new flooring throughout, nice baths, and is very nicely furnished with beiges and blues ( quite soothing)...

"Clean and comfortable! Quiet neighborhood. We were initially concerned about the ability of the air conditioners to make the house comfortable, but they did the job just fine. The beds were also very comfortable! Jenniffer was helpful, and quick to respond to any inquiries that we made. Our son enjoyed the pool every day on our trip!"
