Umi & Nina were wonderful & called for most of our taxis (aside from the ones when we were already out). On one of the tours we booked we had a miscommunication about the pickup area & Nina helped call our guide & translate-she saved the day! It was a warm, inviting, intimate stay & we are so thankful! "From arriving to leaving the staff where very attentive very polite nothing was a problem can not fault the staff or hotel as a whole a 2min walk from the bustle of the night market and a 15min taxi ride to the main shopping area (central festival) the food in the hotel restaurant was very nice and reasonably priced would highly recommend staying here 5star experience "
