"The condo itself was clean and nice. It had plenty of room and everything we needed. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because when you check-in you go to the front desk check-in and then they send you to another room where they try to sell you a timeshare (want you to sit in a presentation) and when you tell them “no” they get rude. Just not a pleasant way to start a family trip."

"The unit we stayed in was very clean , I would like to have had a coffee maker in kitchen, We did find that the phone was sitting on table by the couch, but it was not plugged in, I realized this when I could not get wifi on my phone, I found phone jack across the room and plugged it in to call the desk, they were able to get wifi working once my husband went to the office. Also the door to the bedroom stuck you had to slam it to get it closed. Also from some reason during the night my husband...

We needed a private, relaxing weekend away and that was exactly what staying at Grotto was. Everything about Grotto was excellent. We are aleady looking to book our next weekend here. "My husband and I needed to get away but didn’t want to travel very far from home. I came across this perfect place just a 5 hr drive. The cabin was beautiful and had everything that we needed. Our second day there we met the owners and were given a tour of the second cabin on the property. We would recommend this place to anyone and will be looking to book there again in the future."
