"As advertised, this hotel doubles as an art museum. The decorations are jaw-dropping. Our room was comfortable, with good A/C and shower. The staff was friendly and attentive. "Quite disappointed with the condition of the room. The door lock was not functioning properly. No spare toilet roll and we ran out of it in the middle of the night! "A lot of hotel for the price. We had a family room with an upstairs mezzanine bedroom which was clean and great for a family of four. Pool, bar and restaurant were all good. Breakfast was one of the best buffets I have seen - so much choice it was impossible to try everything. Staff were very helpful and friendly - always greeted us with a smile and a 'hello'."

"The staffs were amazingly polite. I booked room only without the breakfast but they gave me free breakfast anyway. The room was average, cracked wall here and there. A little mold in the bathroom I think it's a common thing in tropical countries. We stayed there for 9 days, they never changed the bed sheets or replaced the coffee cups with the clean ones unless we put the spoons inside the cups. But overall, it was an excellent stay."

"Definitely the best value for your money. The room is quite spacious, ie, not squeeshy, like many hotels these days. Very clean, very well designed interior, it's catered more for the millenials (but I love it and I'm a Gen-X!), the room and the entire hotel is light and airy. Very friendly and helpful staff. If all fave hotels in Indonesia are like this one, I'd definitely stay in a fave hotel again whenever I'm in Indonesia. Highly recommended, 5 star for everything."
