"The check in process was lacking.. Just got asked to see my ID and then got handed my roomkey without even telling me my room number or where the elevators were. I wouldnt say they were rude but not welcoming or friendly at all."

"The room was musty. We were I. Such a hurry to get out of that hotel we ended up leaving headphones in the room. Tried to call and retrieve them only to be told they didn’t have them. But we know we left them there. Very disappointing. Door to our room was messed up we had to struggle to get the lock to work. Font door glass was busted up."

"Beautiful amazing well kept hotel, would strongly recommend you pay the extra ten bucks for the valet parking. Or you'll be doing a whole lot of walking, hotel room was absolutely accommodating, perfect view of the beautiful roanoke mill mountain star....."
