"Great views from the picture windows and porch of our waterfront cabin. The included bundle of firewood was a plus. The only negative was not being able to use the hot tub right upon opening time at 9:30 am which cut enjoyment of that feature down a lot. My boyfriend is a huge hot tub lover and we had to hurry to check out by 11:00am. The beds, linens and pillows were all really nice! Overall the property is just what it reports and I would likely book here again. "

"We came here for our honeymoon, we are an older couple, 49 & 50. We loved the rustic outdoorsy feel of the place. The lookout spot was fabulous, we spent hours both days of our trip sitting out there with blankets the owners provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "House smelled musty and moldy. Neighbors were intrusive and climbed on th roof to inspect it for repair. Told us he didn't know we were there when our car is parked in the driveway and we can be clearly seen in the picture window which he which he looked into on more than one occaision. No propane in the BBQ on the 2nd day."

"Great location, helpful staff. The hotel is centrally located in Birch Bay so everything you want is within walking distance. Beach Cat Brewery and The Beach bar are right beside the hotel for great eats, beverages and live music. The beach is literally across the street. Our one bedroom suite was large and had a full, well equipped kitchen with partial ocean view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. "
