"Lovely stay. Very quite on outskirts of the main centre. Train to Zugspitze is across the road. We stayed in alspitz apartment and great views of mountain range. Kitchen had everything you need. "

"Well equipped, spacious, and convenient new hotel in Seefeld. Enjoyed our stay as the supermarkets were a few mins walk away. The wellness centre is lovely although the pool is quite small. Would have given it 5 stars if housekeeping was included but it was an additional €40 during your stay. Service otherwise was excellent with a friendly team at the front desk. "

"Nice but did not like the hidden 50 Euros charge for “cleaning after”! especially when I opened the sofa bed there was some insect poo indicating the sofa bed had not been used neither cleaned for awhile. This charge should have been included in the whole price when I saw a property on Expedia. I did see the €50 charge between brackets but I thought it was something optional and this this is why I went for this property otherwise I would’ve gone for other cheaper maybe better accommodation. ...

"We stayed in this property just for 2 nights, but got amazingly lucky in that when midnight hit on NYE, we were treated to a birds eye view of what felt like everyone in Garmisch-Partenkirchen shooting up fireworks all around us. From the balcony we sat as a family and took it all in. What a fun surprise! The property is right on the historic walking and shopping street. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Everything was clean, modern but cozy, and comfortable."

"Basically when you book this place you get no address (just incorrect gps coordinates labeled L2 L2 that take you somewhere in the same town, to the house of an Indian family, which you can imagine our mutual suprise when I knocked on the door). They also have no Email address, and a phone number that leads to a company in Germany that doesn't answer the phone. Also the messaging feature on vrbo is turned off for this property. I spent at least an hour on hold over all the times I called to try...
