Lovely clean rooms, lovely dinner and breakfast, easy check on and check out and lovely courteous helpful team from the cleaning staff to the check in staff, were all fantastic

The over all stay was amazing and perfect for the weekend away the rooms were very clean and comfortable , the staff were incredible very friendly and helpful. The only thing that happened was at about 11:30pm we had someone try and get into our room while we were asleep (not the hotels fault) but it was quite unsettling for us.

Clean and modern feel to the hotel. Bends were comfortable and bathroom very nice. Staff were great. Breakfast was good, few items missing from cooked breakfast, but plenty of choices

This is a really good affordable option if visiting Oxford, lovely hotel with the added bonus of having a free breakfast. Staff are really amazing really friendly and helpful - would definitely recommend and would stay here again

Very spacious, clean and smart TV is a bonus as we can stream netflix from it! Breakfast included was great too. Only thing to note is the tap is so far from the sink that no matter how high or low you have the taps running, its inevitable that water will splash all out of the sink! Poor design? But other than that, brilliant value!

Excellent location if staying over for shopping at Bicester Village. Staff were all lovely and helpful. Good value for decent size double room with breakfast.

Room comfortable apart from the AC not working - reported but nothing done resorted to fan in room. Breakfast chaos - staff expected us to find own table during busy period - if you visit weekend perhaps go early to breakfast or leave to last minute.

I liked how easy it was to get off the motorway and be at the hotel, it was nice and clean and the breakfast was good too. Highly Recommend staying here. I'd come back.

Dirty stained towels, poor standard of room and so so loud - could hear everything the people in the rooms next to us where saying. Plus we had to pay for parking even though we were paying for EV charging and it wasn’t as if we were in a city center, parking should be free

The room is very small, have bad smell in the bathroom even thought it looks clean. Buffet breakfast options are limited, only have 4 hot dishes. Coffee machine was out of order.

2 rooms, 1 night. £309. Overpriced
Easy check in. Bed not made for 3rd bed in the room when the booking was for 3 ppl in one room. Food standard very much like harevester standard. Drinks and bar good standard. Pillows were rock hard so not the greatest sleep. Ensuite was good nice standard with good shower. We paid £309 for two rooms for one night which for me is way over priced for what we got

Enjoyed our stay. Not expensive. Comfortable bed,staff friendly and efficient. Hotel conveniently placed for visit to Bicester Village and also a fab Garden/Shopping centre within walking distance.( Blue Diamond Garden Centre.)
