"Second time at the RIU and it was great. Got a free room upgrade at check in. My favourite part about this hotel. Staff are friendly and efficient at check in. Location is amazing so close to Pier 39 and very walkable. Breakfast is included and it’s so good. Beds are super comfortable and give me the best sleep I’ve ever had. Highly recommend. "
