A quiet home like feeling
A little out of the way from hustle and bustle of Bangalore. The signature suite seemed like an apartment sans kitchen. Felt almost as comfortable as home

Beautiful, comfortable stay
The hotel was beautiful, and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our shuttle driver, Sunil was so sweet and shared lots of local information with us. Such great amenities, including a wonderful pool and spa!

Comfortable rooms and nice amenities! Last time I stayed it was very quiet and relaxing. This time there was a school group in the garden in the morning and in the gym when I was trying to use it, so it made the stay not as quiet. I do like that they have a gym and pretty good food.

Make finding the property easier!!!!
As a first time guest, in the dark, management has got to make this hotel check in easier to find!!!!! It's called having more signs. Management, you have to make finding the check- in stupid proof!

The rooms were clean, bed was very comfortable, the restaurant delicious Indian food. Additionally, we liked the sports facilities like tennis courts, etc.

We enjoyed the game rooms, pool area, and the beautifully kept grounds. The playful monkeys were fun to watch too (one actually opened the closed balcony sliding door and started to enter our room!). Nice selection at breakfast and we also enjoyed the dinner buffet. Desk staff was helpful in getting us transportation to the airport for late night flight when Ola and Uber Driver’s kept canceling. Although we had requested single beds, our rooms were not ready when we checked in at 4 pm (staff blamed Expedia for not informing them). One of the three rooms we rented had a large stain on the carpet; towels need to be renewed. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

The hotel lied in their advertising about distance to airport. It is not 2 kilometers but 12 kilometers---the wrong way to Delhi. This is more of a local day spa for Delhi residents, not a business hotel.

Excellent hotel, excellent service. Food was lovely. Very good price for accomodation and food. We had to leave very early at 3am (outside the breakfast hours), staff were so kind and generous, they specially made sandwiches for us, packed in a bag with fruit and gave to us. Excellent service.

Relaxing stay before a long early morning flight!
The property was clean and well maintained. Food and service were great! Staff was very helpful and the airport shuttle service is handy. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a quiet time before an upcoming long international flight.

I would prefer to have a facial wash cloth in the bathroom. The room was loud due to all the concrete outside of the door. Once folks settled into their rooms, it was fine.

The resort was an amazing experience. It's close to the airport but not as close as 3 kms (as Google says so). The airport is about 15kms from the resort. Had a nice stay.

A pleasant experience
Very neat and clean property, close to Bengaluru International airport. Perfect for those catching early-morning or late-night flights. Rooms are spacious, clean & well-provided. Good service. Very good breakfast. However, they should look into providing complimentary shuttle service or at least a reasonably-priced one, to the airport. The asking price of hotel taxi was absolutely exorbitant..!

Great room but staff and service were terrible.
Hotel was very nice and comftable, but the service was not what i expect. Staff didnt know about simple things like when room service finished. The picked arranged from the airport showed up an hour later and was holding up the name for the driver last pickup which meant a further delay of an hour working this out. Tv was not working in the room and was told they would fix it tomorrow afternoon after i checked out. Bags were left in reception and not brought to the room and i had to go back down and get them myself. Was told the hotel was very sorry but they were shorted staff. I may of just been very unlucky but seemed a number of failings for just one stay. On checking out i was overcharged for room service i didn't order as i checked after room service had stopped and was told unless i pay my full bill the driver will not take me to the airport. Overall the hotel building and room were very nice and finished to a very good standard but the staff let the whole stay down and i have since cancelled my other stays.

Spotless, pleasant hotel near the airport
This hotel was the closest we could find to the airport,since we had a very early start in the morning. It was spotless with plenty of sports facilities. The food was alright, although we wish the restaurant had opened earlier than 7. The Signature Club is in a gated area and is very quiet, set in pleasant gardens. It was not very full and so lacked atmosphere but for a hotel only 25 minutes from the airport, it was ideal.

Nice hotel, close to the Airport
1) This is a very nice hotel, close to the Airport 2) They gave us free upgrade from a Premium double room to a suite, so ask them before you check-in 3) They arranged packed breakfast for us early in the morning 4) They also arranged an Airport drop for us, but at a quite hefty charge (so avoid that and ask for OLA, UBER)
