"The house was as described. My husband, in-laws and two adult children stayed and it was roomy and very comfortable for all of us. "We had an excellent time- I rented 3 of the condos (there are 4 in the building). The property was beautiful & clean- each condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a pull out couch. We stayed in March but I would love to stay there in the summer."

"We loved staying here! The cabin was so clean and comfortable. The beds were so plush! Our small family of five enjoyed all the property had to offer. We had so much fun with bayliner boat rental and nightly campfires. We went and hiked in the properties woods and there were so many trails. Our kids sure enjoyed following the river around the woods. The owners were easy to contact and work with. The only thing we didn’t like, we had to leave after our week stay. So we had a great time!"

"I plan to stay here again. My wife and I take a drive every year to see the fall colors. My opinion, this is the only place to stay in Bemidji. Fact is, now I look to stay at Hilton Double Tree locations wherever we travel to. (stayed at one in Denver this past June. Would have stayed at one in Canada in Sep if I could have found one) I'm sold on the quality and service. The Bemidji staff are WONDERFUL. (great b-fast also)"

"We stayed a week and truly enjoyed it all. The sunsets on the water from our unit/deck were spectacular! We thought the unit could have been cleaner when we arrived. Dirty floors and rings in toilets…. I asked some questions via the app and also texting the owners before we arrived and also while we were there but they never answered us. Communication could have been a lot better. We would stay here again now that we know how things are. Thanks!"

"The loft cabin was perfect for just us two. They supplied all of the kitchen necessities which were as great. We fished off the dock, took the paddle boat out, and went swimming in the pool. Very relaxing place. Only suggestion for guests would be to bring your own coffee mugs because theirs are small. And a suggestion for hosts—maybe a pool heater. It was pretty cold for August."

"Came up to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. The place was great for our big family. Plenty of space for us to stretch out and have space. Spent most the time in family room area playing games and eating! The kitchen was so perfect and well stocked. We went for a walk in the woods behind us and it was beautiful. We saw deer and wild turkeys. It was such a treat!! Thank you for such a great experience!"

"We come to Bemidji every year to attend our college get together with our wives accompanying us. This was the best home we’ve enjoyed in the 34 years we’ve been doing this trip. Everything from communication to cleanliness of the property was as advertised and better and we loved the 12-person hot tub.
