"I can not fault my stay here. From the wonderful staff who simply can’t do enough for you, to the comfy and clean rooms, this hotel was perfect for me. The location was great, really central to beaches, shops and bars/restaurants. The two pool areas were also lovely and all communal areas were so clean and well kept. Such a lovely hotel, a great find! I highly recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay and I would definitely return if I was in Canggu again. "

The staff were warm and friendly, always happy to help us with our Balinese language. The food was nice and fresh and the Wooden House was a treat to stay in. "I booked for 3 nights and left after first night. No way I was going to suffer through 2 more nights. I rather lose my 2 nights paid room than stay at this villa any longer. The condition of the villa was in poor condition. Lizard excrement everywhere, urine smell coming from the shower area, aircon not working properly, sliding door was broken, the grass by the pool was muddy, the sofa chair cushions were stained. Bathroom mirror was all mouldy and stained. And there was no power on first...
