I like the area, the staff was unfriendly, no tv service for 2days. Staff never informed us about the outage also, had an attitude when ask about an eta on when tv service be up and running. Then the elevator was out the duration of my stay….Totally inconvenience the rest of my stay. I was not happy at all’

Staff were gracious with our late arrival and request for a late check out. Nicely updated room for a decent price! Lemon water in the lobby was a nice pick me up too!

We stayed here twice in a couple of weeks. Staff was always friendly when we interacted woth them. We never needed anything extra. The 2 rooms we stayed in were clean and spacious. The only down side was when the elevator broke down the 1st night of the 2nd visit. Of course, it was memorial day weekend, so it wasnt going to get fixed. Small inconvenience. And there was some wear on one of the bathtubs, and the hinges on the main doors to the rooms are squeaky, but everything else was good.

They didn't have blankets when we needed them. Our cards didn't work. They told me prior to arrival I could ask for a cot but when I got there they said they didn't have any-at all-ever. The rooms above us were incredibly loud. Breakfast was cold and food had run out by 8:30am.

My second night when I returned to the hotel around midnight, there was what appeared to be a homeless guy passed out on the couch in the lobby. The third night there was the same or a different homeless man smoking a cigarette hanging out under the canopy by the main entrance. It was not a safe feeling and I inevitably removed my expensive belongings from my rental car due to these 2 incidents. The parking lot is impossible to find, having to navigate through the McDonald’s parking lot to get to it. The breakfast was decent at best with the orange juice being out of service all week just leaving apple juice. Who other than 2 year olds drinks apple juice. The hallway was loud till after midnight with kids and adults yappin away and slamming doors.

Our bathroom had not been cleaned prior to us checking in, someone's wet and dirty towel was still hanging on the back of the bathroom door, hair was all over the floor and shower wall, and our shower/tub did not have a shower curtain. While the front desk staff and housekeeping staff were very nice, I requested management to contact me to discuss the issues and they never did. I was extremely disappointed with our stay and will never stay here again.

The room was very clean and comfortable. But if you stay there housekeeping only cleans the room or supplies you with towels, clean sheets etc every three days or you need to request if you want it done sooner.

The room was a good size. The bed was comfortable and the front desk gave us pillows when we asked for additional ones. The flooring was odd, vinyl plank floor in most of the room made things louder. The shower had several areas that looked like mildew around the edge. The cockroach crawling up the shower curtain was quite a surprise. The front desk staff seemed nice. There was a housekeeping person that completely blocked access between the elevators and front doors with a cart the first morning we were there and forced us and some other guests to have to go out the side doors and walk around. The next morning she nearly blocked off the door to our room and just stared when we said "excuse us". We had to squeeze around her cart to get in our room. I guess she expected us to stand there and wait til she was ready to move.
