“A superbly located hotel with great staff”

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Huge comfortable bed. Pull out sofa for our 2.5yr old was ideal.... when we could get him in it! :-) Hotel location absolutely spot on for both airport bus (last/first stop) and train, places to eat and see. 5 mins walk from Gaudi Casa Batllo, 5 mins walk to top of Las Ramblas (thank goodness not on it!) and Gothic Qtr and 20 mins walk to Gaudi La Sagrada Familia. Brilliant!

“Great location”

Stayed here with a toddler and the staff couldn't have been friendlier, cot wasn't set up when arrived but was provided within 15 minutes. Location of hotel was very central, with easy access to main attractions, although it is on a main street could not hear any traffic or noise from outside.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was centrally located, which made it easy to walk to attractions, shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood was safe and the hotel was near the train system, making it easy to use public transportation to get around. The staff were friendly and helpful.

“Wonderful for couples”

Rooms a bit small and ours looking into center of building so no view but all was good and the location is excellent for everything including walking and buses and metro. People behind desk were exceptionally helpful in all things. Pool not working but we not interested . Restaurant. Was fine and prices reasonable. Very good for couples and less so for family.

Staff really friendly and some excellent English, couldn't be more helpful. Hotel has great features and added extras which were very handy. Couldn't fault it.

“Great Location”

We spent 5 nights in October 2012 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent. Everything we needed was within easy walking distance. Felt safe walking at night. Our room was clean, comfortable and a decent size. We had breakfast once in the hotel restaurant. We had trouble making a coffee from the coffee machine, as the instructions were not in English. There are plenty of good options nearby. We used the pool and spa, and although a small area, was great to relax after all day sightseeing. We would highly recommend this hotel.

“Great location”

Service is excellent at this hotel: attentive front desk speaking english easily. Outside the front door to the left less than 1 km is La Rambla. Easy eating less than a block away and the breakfast is excellent at the attached restaurant. Gaudi nearby and the Catalana Square easy distance by foot. Elevator is very slow, but it's an incentive to use the stairs.

This is a very comfortable hotel in a great location in Barcelona.

“Barcelona - long weekend”

I took my wife away for a long weekend and it was fantastic. Lovely hotel. Loads to do, romantic, amazing food. History was interesting. Zagrada familiar is a must see
