"Rooms are in very good shape, excellent wifi, aircon good. Good value for the price. Not a hotel, this is some house with rooms renovated to rent out. Caretaker on site, friendly but very little English. Building from outside looks like a house, right behind Bank of Guam. Close to Galleria, places to eat, but actual street is backside of gambling place, drunks, etc. outside"

"The surface of the dining room table was not very good. The surface was sticky, as if the surface had gone off and the glue was coming through. Did not clean up. Also the WIFI was terrible, I missed 2 nights of my favourite shows as I couldn't connect to streaming services. The room was quiet though and the bed very comfy."

"Very nice unit,comfortable and quiet.Well looked after.Frank welcomed us when we arrived explained the best way to walk to our party at the Crowne Plaza.Had to walk back up the hill could have got a Taxi but took it slowly.Were only there for the night but hope to stay longer next time."

"Very conveniently located above Faaa Airport. Reva picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. Our room was large and tastefully decorated. Outdoor sitting area and kitchen are available for dining. Delicious Hayden mangoes! Highly recommended. "

"Lovely stay, great location and nice deep tub! Asked for extra towels as we had used them the evening before after the bath- but we had to hand one back to get another which was a little strange. Would stay again! "

"Our chalet was very comfortable, and cosy. It was quiet, but central to the cafes and supermarket in the main street. A beautiful breakfast was included, and the kitchenette was great. The chalet was clean, with parking at the door."

"Large room with high ceilings. Only issue was no elevator and had to carry heavy bags a ways and up stairs! Lovely dining room and breakfast. Sitting areas decorated nicely. "

"We had a lovely stay at the Belfry guest house! We stayed in a twin room for 3 nights. The room itself was nothing special (justified by the price) however, it was clean and comfortable which is all we needed. The house had nice amenities and shared spaces. Staff were all fantastic. Overall very pleased with our stay. Thanks! "
