I booked this thinking it was expensive enough that it would be a nice hotel and it was a Wyndham. The carpet was awful. The floor in the hallway had a soft spot and there was plastic taped to the ceiling in the lobby where it looked like there was water damage. There were roaches in the room, even in the fridge. We had to take our luggage outside so that we didn't take them home with us and we slept (used lightly) with the light on hoping to keep them away.

Property was in bad shape. Ceiling in reception area had holes through it and was on the process of repair..carpets were also torn up in the hallway. Tiles in bathroom were cracked and somewhat loose

They really try to keep this location upgraded compared to some of the other locations around it they are one of the best places price and rooms are really nice. I enjoy my stays every time I come down for work

I know typically it’s a “you get what you pay for deal” however, the hallway leading to my room & my room smelled like cigarette smoke so bad I literally went to the store within hours of being there and bought Febreze plugs for my room, the smell was awful especially in the bathroom. The walls aren’t super thick so you can definitely hear your neighbors and the quality of everything was pretty poor. My husband stays at microtels for work and said this was the worst one he had ever stayed in

I booked a double room with queens and was given a room with a single bed. The hotel is a smoke free area but the bathroom smelled heavily with smoke. When I spoke with manager on duty, he was stand-off ish and not helpful.

The room was great and the area. What was wrong was the 3rd floor's hallway was uneven, as if the carpet was covering potholes or cracks.

The stay was ok. The rooms are out dated and do not feel clean at all. Something gross on the head board. My room smelt like cigarette smoke the furniture had stains and cigarette burns in the couch. Some girls ran up and down the hallway at midnight screaming and laughing and having the best time ever while I was trying to sleep. Over all I will never go back or recommend this property to anyone. So glad I was only there for 11 hrs.

If you are goibg to stay here, please bring your own pillows! The ones at the hotel are very flat.The beakfast is really horrible, no eggs or bacon. Only muffins and yogurt! Its the worst breakfast ever!

We stayed on the second floor and the entire floor reaked of pot! It was so bad. Even our room smelled like it. The carpet in the hallway is so bad it’s a trip hazard.

It was a real nice hotel. Room was spacious. Only bad thing was that there was not a sign outside for hotel. Was only on end of building which you couldn't see from street.

Staff was very professional, friendly & responsive to questions. Having staff at front desk 24 hrs is rare & very good to see. Cleaning staff was very thorough, nice & good ~ always smiling. Breakfast was a good array & coffee available in lobby 24 hrs. I will refer coworkers, friends & family.

Fast & easy check-in. Variety of places to eat/shop just minutes around. Room was nice size and clean. Friendly staff. My usual place to stay when I'm down visiting family because of its location.

Absolutely horrible. They washed my wallet w my social security card in it, when washing the sheets. They did not offer anything to make it right. No hospitality, none of the workers are friendly or offer customer service. My spare cell phone went missing out of the room, when they came into clean. The owners are extremely rude.

No customer service. Stayed for over a week and they would kick me out of my room and say they were cleaning, and some days never cleaned- just kicked me out of the room. They even washed my wallet with my social security card inside. Returned it w $30 inside. Extremely RUDE!!!! Treated me like my money was no good.

You get what you pay for
If your a transient worker and need something cheap this place is for you. The parking is limited however so it's tight for large trucks and trailers. The rooms are ok but this is a no frills property. Walls are paper thin so you will hear your neighbors conversations and televisions. My neighbors were night owls which was problematic as I needed sleep for my 15 hour days at work. The property serves a purpose but I would not recommend it for family travel.

The property is in disrepair, both outside and in our room. The shower curtain rod was about to fall off the wall, and the sink had pulled away from the wall.
