Hotel was nice and clean. Front desk staff was friendly and fast at check in. Two things to notice were that wall plugs in the restroom were not working and no full body mirror in room.

The room was clean and quiet and the location was good. However, we faced some issues. The staff was often unavailable when we needed help, the water server was broken, and there was no coffee at breakfast. We plan to stay at a different hotel next time.

Both rooms we had were dirty, the cleaning crew is obviously not cleaning well. The beds were all filthy as were the floors. Staff was decent, some were helpful some had attitudes.

There were 4 of us staying. We booked that hotel specifically for the two queen bed beds and sofa bed suite, even though it is not in a good part of Austin. We booked a suite with two queen beds and a double sofa bed online. We have an autistic son that does not sleep well with other people. We had 42 hours of traveling, got to the hotel past midnight dog tired, and got up to our room to find only 2 queen beds and no sofa bed. We went back down to the front desk to try to resolve the issue, but the staff at the front desk couldn’t speak English or understand us well. I had already spent two nights not sleeping in a bed, and it was extremely disappointing and exhausting to be up all night tending to my autistic son who refused to be in the bed with his brother rather than us all being able to get a good night of sleep. I will be calling to speak with management next week once I’ve rested and recovered.

The room smelled of dog pee. There was a clump of gray dog hair on the lower shelf in the bathroom. I was woken at 2:30 am hearing the floor above me squeaking as someone was walking around in the room above me. Also, I was not happy that the Hotel was 6 minutes from the airport and no shuttle.

The hotel and property was well maintained I have not complaints about the hotel, but the staff that works there is very rude and unprofessional. My wife was told to get out the room because we didn’t have a reservation after having already checked in. I asked to speak with someone and the front desk staff didn’t want to speak with me, hanged the phone and told me they were going to call the police if I didn’t leave the room, I have to go to the front desk and confront the staff and make them apologize for their rudeness and mistakes.

Driving from the airport we missed the turn onto Airport Commerce Dr due to a very small street sign. Once we made it, check in was easy. The hotel itself is definitely designed for youthful business singles with multiple USB devices. Lots of plugs and ports. Very spacious clean design in the modern rooms. Didn't realize that in extended stays there are no cups or dishes in the room to heat water in the microwave (they expect you to bring them or buy their housing set up packageSo I borrowed a mug and two spoons from the front desk in order to eat our cup o noodles I brought, knowing there is nothing much in the area for after 8 pm dining. Plus I used the super hot water tap in the breakfast area for the hot water instead of using the mug and microwave. I liked the room's layout and big desk area. Could use a full length mirror in the bath and grab bars in the shower. I can see why long term stayers like this place.
