Booked 1 king bedroom. The room was clean and cool upon doing a late check in. The parking garage was clean and easily accessible with key card. The contactless option was a great feature as well. Will stay here again.

I have two complaint one is for the price you pay for a room you would think that a complimentary bottle of water would not be too much to ask, and the other is that the parking garage has too low of ceilings for anything but regular cars.

The elevators cabs and lobbies were filthy. The room's door was hard to open, it had a trick. No bottles of water in the room and the lobby didn't have any for sale. This is Texas! You must have water!

Location was great and overall decent stay. The only issue I had was the bedding. It was not comfortable and it had a “wet” and “muggy” odor. The room in general had a smell that did not go away.

Despite making advance arrangements, our expectations for a comfortable stay were egregiously unmet. Upon arrival, we were horrified to find the crib provided for our 3-month-old daughter to be in an unacceptable condition—dirty and visibly worn. Given the unsanitary state of the crib and mattress, we were unwilling to subject our infant to such conditions, which greatly disrupted our plans and sense of security of where she was going to sleep. We encountered inconveniences with the amenities in our room. The non-working refrigerator necessitated a prompt replacement, as we urgently needed a functional appliance to preserve our daughter's bottles. Additionally, the discovery of a stained pull-out couch, concealed mold, and inadequate customer service further compounded our dissatisfaction. Our concerns were shared with hotel management but we still have not heard back from anyone (more than 2 weeks).

The hotel was clean and quiet. A little on the older side but the room was spacious. There is a garage attached to the hotel main building where we parked our car overnight. We had a very pleasant stay and will definitely considering staying here again next time we visit Austin!

When we stayed there was construction going on and the elevators from garage to hotel was not working and was a long walk. We can hear banging early morning. No accommodation. I wish they would have called to let us know ahead of time.

Nice property but under construction in some areas. Pool area could use some updates. Nice clean room. Odd part of town and not an area I’d stay again. Hotel was great but location not ideal.

Hotel appears to be on the tail end of renovations. Room was decent, restaurant was pretty good. There were a few good restaurants in walking distance but otherwise the surrounding area was pretty rough. The comforter was a duvet insert with a flat sheet on each side which was horribly uncomfortable and when we called for an extra blanket, we received the scratchiest, worst blanket I’ve ever experienced.

The hotel has been updated and had a comfortable bed and updated bathroom. The hotel lobby has been updated, which looks nice. The hotel was near a family event and was a fair price, considering a big event was going on in Austin.
