"The hotel was clean, in great location. However, the room we stayed at had a floor glass window directly facing another building. To keep our privacy, we had to close the curtain at all time. The view was blocked by surrounding buildings as well. We paid extra money to stay at higher floor for a good view. Very disappointed."

"I made a reservation and arrived early in the day of check-in. I mentioned I’d like to leave my luggage there and would be back in the evening to access the room. They took my bag and gave me a ticket. Around 6:30 that same day, they notified me that they cancelled my reservation in lieu of an other customer. So I got to find another hotel that evening after going back to get my luggage from the front desk."

"A neat and clean facility to stay for the night. The hotel is a very short walkable distance to Crystal City metro station, if you want to go to DC. There are some good restaurants nearby on an adjacent street. Being on the main road, the facility did feel secure."

"Not going to lie. no bells and whistles at this hotel. It is a place to sleep. Rooms are nice, no microwave, just frigs. This is a perfect hotel for the metro ( 1 block) up the side path. Breakfast is a bust ... bring stuff is eat and enjoy the OJ and coffee. Free Staff is vey friendly and helpful, check in was quick and painless. If we ever go back to DC would we stay here? YES !!!!"

"Bath: tub very slippery w/ no tub mat to prevent slips, toilet lower than elementary school’s, and no grab bars in shower/tub - a health and safety hazard. Getting access to WiFi was a nightmare/ not at all user friendly as even admitted by the front desk staff. Transitions from elevators to carpeted floors make rolling suitcases an other nightmare. I will never consider staying here again, especially at the exorbitant rates you charge. Strong points: staff courteous and helpful 5 stars : airport service excellent 5 stars.Restaurant staff also…5 stars."
