"First let me say that the host is by far the best honest we’ve ever had. We’ve stayed in several VRBOs over the years and this host was leaps and bounds above all others. The home is much bigger than the pictures show. It’s huge, very inviting and comfortable. We will definitely look to stay here should we ever have another concert to attend nearby."

"You get what you pay for… half of the lights didn’t work, the recliners didn’t recline, they said the tv wasn’t working because of satellite but the truth is the message on screen was that the bill hadn’t been paid. This also impacted internet so we could only stream with my hot spot. There was no soap, no dishes or glasses for drinking. Very basic and they had a bag on the mattress so it crinkled all night. "

"The property is in an amazing location with incredible secluded access to the Red River. It’s a little hike down to the river. But once you are there, it is amazing tranquility. Take your own pillows, sheets and towels. Also, this is a camping like experience. If you are looking for luxury, this is not your place. This is a place to get away from it all. The last 5 miles to the location are in white rock roads. I will return again and again"

Melissa was very responsive when we had questions about the WiFi and the water. There is very little natural light in the house so we had the lights on most of the time. I’d suggest bringing your own water for drinking as the tap water had a weird taste. I appreciated that we had very few checkout “duties”"

"Exceptionally clean hotel. I am extremely selective and rely on excellent reviews before I book. I will definitely pass this forward. Our room was deodorized, super clean, A/C was turned down cold upon our arrival & our television had a personalized welcome greeting. The bed was comfy and it was a very quiet hotel stay. The complimentary breakfast is definitely worth it especially if you’re on the run and want something quick! Great variety of fresh fruit & baked goods. Not to mention, the front desk clerk was very professional and nice! We will be back next time we visit OK!"
