"The property was perfect for our needs. Very clean but not an overwhelming odder from cleaning products. No carpet is a big plus for our family. The accommodations felt warm and inviting. The only negative I can see at all is the checkout time of 10am is a bit early, 11 would be much better."

It is located just to the end of the walkway on Seaside so perfect for strolling to go out for dinner or to take the kids to the arcade or aquarium. The Seahorse cottage was very clean and well-equipped. It's as excellent for a young family and we only wished that we could have stayed longer. "The view is great, the location is great. The spiral staircase is dangerous had too many close calls, had to put the couch in front of the stairs to prevent people from accidentally falling down the stairs. Overall a cool house and glad we stayed."

"The condo was clean and included a well-equipped kitchen. It's right on the prom and is on the fourth floor. The view from the living room and balcony right off of that room was spectacular! We loved the short walk to the beach, very short walk to the promenade, and close proximity to the heart of Seaside. Our only frustration was with the TV - we had a hard time navigating to Movie sources."

"The home was very nice but as others have stated the creaking of the floors upstairs is CRAZY! It was advertised that there was no street parking but that there was parking for 2 cars. There were planter boxes on one side of the driveway and the garage was such a tight squeeze if you pulled the car in the people on one side of the car could not get out. I would recommend removing the planter boxes as they really serve no purpose but to take up a parking spot."

"This was our first time staying at Surfsand. Staff was super friendly and room decor was well great. Only knock was that crews were painting the facility. We were a little shocked and the heart rate went up when we someone climbed over railing and onto our balcony to paint. We should have been made aware that that was a possibility.
