"Staff was PHENOMENAL!! I feel awful I didn’t get the sweet girl’s name who was at the front desk most of the nights we were there but she was such a pleasure every time we crossed paths. "No complaints except that the “welcome reception” was out of snacks one hour into the 1.5 hour reception. It appeared they had cheese and crackers, veggies and dip and something else. Free beverages including alcohol is very nice but not when you don’t drink alcohol. Would’ve been nice to refill the treats. Didn’t swim at all because the indoor pool was ice cold. Would’ve loved a relaxing swim. I think this is one way that hotels are cutting costs. I notice it a lot."
