"Check in process was very easy. The interior of the property was almost exactly what was shown in the listing. The unit is very nice--updated, clean, comfortable beds, space to move around, equiped kitchen. The propery appears to be in an apartment complex rather than condo complex. This is fine but the exterior of the property requires some maintenance. We were worried about the property when we pulled up but once inside everything was exactly as described. The complex felt safe and was quiet....

"This property is Amazing. There was so much space for our family of 5 to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils and cookware you could need which was so nice not to have to eat out all the time. Our kids loved the toys, games, and coloring books available. The location is a bit out of town (we knew that upon booking) but it was ideal for privacy and an "escape" from town. We will definitely be using this property for our future Manhattan trips."

"We had a great short stay at this property. The fishing down at the creek was very good, caught a lot of fish and the dock was very stable and safe. The rest of the property is fantastic and there is plenty to walk around and see. The best part of the stay is how clean they keep the rooms, that is not always the case on these types of rentals, but everything was great. "Definitely a good place for the family to stay on a game weekend… It was very spacious, easy to get to and close to everything we needed. Definitely needs a few more things added to the kitchen. Pots and pans were very worn out, stove was older, but got the job done. Also could have used a few more towels and washcloths in the kitchen and bathrooms. Overall not a bad location, would probably stay there again when visiting Manhattan for a quick trip."
