“Wonderful stay”

Took my 10 year old daughter and friend to see the Crayola factory in nearby Easton, Pa (a great kid destination!) and had to pry them out of small but lovely pool at this hotel. The staff, especially the general manager, was very welcoming and approachable.They offered detailed directions to local sights and good recommendations of locally-owned restaurants. The balcony off of our room was also a nice touch.

We would definitely go back. It was convenient to the downtown area of Bethlehem and had everything we needed.

Thehotel met my needs as far as accommodations. It was very nice to have the computer usage and indoor pool/hot tub all for convenience. I would definitely go back and recommend to friends visiting the Lehigh area.

“Wonderful experience - except the key!”

Not to be picky, but both my family and our fellow traveling partners, had repeated difficulty with the room keys. This involved several trips to the front desk to fix. Otherwise, the stay was excellent and I wouldn't let this small key bug-a-boo sour the experience!

We were very pleased with the hotel and room accommodations. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The staff was very accommodating within the their limits. We were promised a small refrigerator. It was important to us. The refrig in the room was not working and the staff told us they could not get us a refrig that worked. Everything else was very satisfactory. The buffet breakfast was superb, hot and cold. The dining room staff were delightful. We would definitely recommend the hotel.
