"Property was ok. It would be great if they could keep it clean . Also did not like that my room door was left open by the cleaning lady the hole day. Nothing was done in regards to issue. Also door key system did not work properly sometimes it would take a few try’s to get the door to open. "

"Pros- The staff was kind and friendly. The view from higher floor balcony was great. The included breakfast was tasty. Cons - Originally I was given a room on a lower floor. The view from the balcony was the roof. When asked if I could change rooms the front desk told me they were full and could not move me until the next day. I feel they hold back good rooms for non third party bookings. I requested a high floor at time of booking but no response was given. They need to respond to messages...

"I have stayed at this hotel several time as it is my favorite hotel in Cali. The view from the room is beautiful and is a constant reminder of being on vacation. There is also a rooftop restaurant which has amazing food and nightlife. All of the staff is polite and attentive. Traveling in taxi to nearby restaurants or attractions is inexpensive and convenient as the hotel is close to everything. "
